At-home Hairdressing | Hair by Kaeley

This post is short and sweet – much like the process of having your hair done at home by a fabulous hairdresser!

Sam met Kaeley back in 2014 at a salon in Sandton, where she raved about how good her ombre colouring skills were. She then moved to Lunatic Fringe – mentioned in our April Favourite Five – which Sam visited on-and-off for the past year and half.

The excellent reviews on Kaeley’s hair-cutting and ombre skills would usually be enough to entice one into booking a visit but to add to that combination – she has started a Mobile Hairdressing Service! This basically means you can feel like a celebrity because your hairstylist works their magic in the comfort of your own home. Oh, and her prices are really good too!  #forthewin

Last weekend, we decided to give this service a try; no colour treatments, just a cut and blow.

Kaeley arrived with all neccessary equipment, so it was simply a case of washing our own hair, pouring a cup of coffee and the rest was left up to a professional. The result? We both were super impressed with our trims – the process was quick, unfussy and completely worth a try! A cut and blow was done in less than an hour (great for those that are pressed for time; or soon to be pressed for time 🙂 )
